I like the scene a lot, the walk cycle is nice with it's body moving as well, well done!

Yeah, I like it :)

How about a bit more secondary motion, like in the trunk, animation is about exaggeration, I d love to see more of it :)

very nice!

the shadows struck me as odd, however.
Maybe a darker color with more transparency?

Looks good.
If you're after critiques then trunk and ear swing would really add to it.
The mouth on the profile elephant moves in cyclical pattern which is a bit off putting.
and the elephant seems to have a lot of toes.
Might seem picky especially as it's nice movement of the legs but....

animation looks nice, but like GCharb said, some more secondary motion would help alot...

That's a beautiful scene you've made, I am really impressed, it can't be so easy to make a elephant walk cycle, well don! What I am missing in the scene is shadows from the foot of the trees.
