Well...
http://www.julli.net/anim/wintertraileri.html
These guys will get some money to make a virtual winter center. But...
This is trailer, about 2 minutes (3,3 MB) QuickTime. Made with Moho 4,6 and edited with iMovieHD (Mac). The whole story will be 15-20 minutes. The music was made with ACID.

Looks good. Only crit I have is the arms on those characters were so stiff, they never really did bend during the animation much at all. It's like they were in casts or something. I think bending the arms and legs of the characters would add a lot to the animation. Watch someone as they walk, their legs and arms bend and straighten out as they move, they don't stay at a 45 degree angle like a paper cut out doll.

Thanks, LitlleFenris - you're absolutely right! I took a look to my "half-ready" whole story (there is about 10 minutes ready), there's same problem during the whole animation. Must fix it...LittleFenris wrote: Only crit I have is the arms on those characters were so stiff, they never really did bend during the animation much at all.

Not necessarily more exaggerated but more defined, pose to pose animation and with believable timing and spacing.
Start with blocking out your animation, keyposes with stepped interpolation, move these around 'til you feel that your timing is working, then start adding inbetweens and work with acceleration/retardation (ease in/out) (spacing).
