Music Video

Post by bisagaboo »

Myyeeees,

Here's a music video I made for a local band. It's all done in Anime Pro. I seem to love this program, especially since I learnt to use flash, which is a piece of crap for animating if you ask me. Ask me.

I posted this here a few month ago but it's now officially on youtube, so I thought I'd spam it out again.

That's really rather brilliant! Do you animate for a living? Favourited for studying later. And a catchy tune too!

Excellent work! :)
To what capacity did you use AS on this?

Thanks, glad you like it. I used AS for 100% of it.

Great use of the program, for you show amazing flexibility of what is possible. I'm curious to know what or if there were any limitations of the software you discovered in producing a work of this magnitude. :D

Well my only problem with AS is the overview of the keyframes. Because it only shows you the keyframes of the selected layer, it makes it difficult to keep track of all keys in relation to each other. This is one thing flash has on AS (pretty much the only thing though).
With so many layers and keys, when I needed to adjust whole sections of animation, I had to go into every layer and move them forward/backward individually. Pretty frustrating.
Other than that, no major complaints.

FANTASTIC! What a great example of ASP's capabilities. How long was the production time and how many crew?

I empathise with the keyframing problem. Hey, if you didn't have that to slow you down, you might have completed the project in half the time.
PS Is my new avatar annoying?, It bothers me a bit.

Awsome animation, keep looking at it, you did very well.

I also agree with the layer thingy, maybe in v6 :)

Cheers
