I'd love to see your work... but all the movies you post show no video. I know it's a codec thing, but I've download the divx and xvid codec, and QuickTime says it needs software to show the video, and that it can't download the software... they don't have your codec, I guess.

Thanks!

I downloaded it and it played fine in WinAmp... I guess it's just a problem with Quicktime's web plugin

Fun stuff Agent!

I get an error when I try to play it but it works if I save it to my desktop and play it from there.

Nice 3D effect. Is it all image layers? The film effect I suppose is the noise I see on the first frame, but which disappears for the rest of the animation because of the Divx compression.

Help with DivX on a Mac

Post by stephen »

Hi,
I have Mac OS X. I wanted to see your clip, but when I click on it, Qucktime attempts to play it and it says that it is unable to play. I get the sound though. Then I saw your note that we should install DivX, so I did, but now how do I get it to work? Quicktime still trys to play the clip.

Sorry. All I had to do was to restart my browser and now it works.

Really nice animation! Thanks for sharing it.
