Ariel High School Devil-Girl

Post by Ashe Raven »

My second major project based on my very first comic from 15 years ago. Very much a homage to old school anime

Sounds cool, what was the program you used for the shader? It sounds like something I could use as well.

I used Daz_Studio from http://www.Daz3d.com and these free shaders http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=70707

I hope it helps :)

Ahhh should have guessed, but thanks for the shaders link, didn't know about that one. But you should check out Bryce 5.5 from Daz as well, its a 3d background generator and its also free.

Yup I have it. I'm, utilizing a lot of low cost items as bst I can. Bryce has one draw back though, it's prosenity to be notoriously slow Also Daz has it's own Toon shaders but no near as good as the ones I'm using now :)

Hey I got a question for you, how do you apply the shaders to your desired object? I cant seem to get it to work, and I've looked every ware for a tutorial but I cant find one.

Okay I'll set up a series of screen shots and directions for you so you can understand it. It took me a while to find out too, and I was following the tutorials also
