Save me 500 bucks; Other software besides Adobe Illustrator.

Using VectorMagic;


1) Upload the png (the attached in the zip file)
2) Download the converted into SVG format.
3) Open it with Inkscape (linux version). It opens perfectly.
4) Export the file as Adobe Illustrator 8.0 (default settings)
5) Import the file in Anime Studio.

or

1) Posterized the photo in Canvas X to 5, saved as ping, Uploaded the png to Vectormagic
2) Download the converted into EPS format.
3) Open it with Canvas. It opens perfectly.
4) Export the file as Adobe Illustrator 7.0 (couldn't get color with 8 everything turned blue)
5) Import the file in Anime Studio.

I don't have Adobe Illustrator, is there any other program that will handle the files.?

I got Inkspace. ( WinXP) I created one File drawing and saved as EPS.
But in Anime studio this file didn't imported.

No Error, but Image is not showing.
I also don't have Adobe Il.

Try Xara Xtreme. It's fast, versatile and not too expensive.
