An inexpensive but still very powerfull 3D app is Animation Master, it had many glitches in the past, like permanent crashing mode! but it got tons better, got real stable and is easy on the eye!

AS kind of reminds me of it!

There's a great app called Silo. It's fairly inexpensive ($109), has solid polygon editing tools, subdivision surfacing AND a topology brush.

While it may not be Z-Brush, for the price you get a reasonable counterpart within an application that's quickly becoming an industry standard.

Unfortunately, the requirements (G5 or Intel) rule me out. The other product (Silo) can only be bought with a credit card, which I don't have. ZBrush is PC only, AFAIK (I'm on a Mac). So that is Wings3D for me :(

Selgin, I made something using Cbpro , Sharpcostruct and texturing in Milkshape .
You have to put all the files , including the bmp texture in the same folder.

But it still not an easy task. I can't editate the mesh, the puppet obtained with Sharpconstruct looks great in the gui but I can't use it in any way: Cbpro won't load it again, Moho don't shows the bumps.

But apart from that, it's perfect, right?
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
