PD Particles - a companion tool

This is based on a small subset of Project Dogwaffle's PD Pro, i.e. a standalone version of the particle brush plugin and internal natural brush system. No custom brushes, no animation, no layer, no filters (with a few exceptions for color correction). These are left to your existing application, be that Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, ArtWeaver, Moho, 3D tools etc...
