Great link! Thanks!
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

That's great for everyone who still don't have it.
I have it since 2003 (Corel Bryce 5 then).
Bryce is fun to use, tree lab, metaballs etc.
5.5 has faster rendering but for free that's excellent.

I remember the old days where Bryce once seemed like more than just a gimmick... at least until I wised up enough to realize how awful the Kai Kraus interface used to be. With most displays back then topping out at 640x480, anything that used large icons as its only interface was probably not the most intelligent thing around.

That aside though, Bryce does work pretty well for quickly creating and rendering complicated terrains without having to be a master at 3D design. If not anything else, it's a good mock-up tool for creating basic settings for animation and images.
