Software for automatic motion tracking?

A place to discuss non-Moho software for use in animation. Video editors, audio editors, 3D modelers, etc.

Software for automatic motion tracking?

Post by moorsel »

Anybody knows affordable software for automatic motion tracking? I am looking for software with which one can super impose a movie or still picture on top of a moving object in another movie (without the need for manually key frame this movement).

I konw After Effects and Combustion have it, I suppose that other similar tools could have it too, but I only have tried it in the first one...

There was an open source program to do this, but I can't remember what it was called. :(
