The Synfig Twitter account recently posted about this one:

Nice set of basic storyboarding features. Source available on GitHub.

One of those "send your email" arrangements to get the binary installer - although it is for Windows, Mac, and Linux, the link sent me the Windows binary, so it might be detecting your OS - possibly awkward if you are downloading for another computer using a different OS. Windows Firewall detected it wanting network access, but that could be for a number of reasons (checking for version updates, for example).
Windows binary about 51 MB.

Have only tried it for a short time, so I haven't had time to run into any major problems or crashes. Curves are a little polygonal on my computer, whether drawn with mouse or pen - pen works better slow and deliberate rather than quick sketching. Moving frames works better with the keyboard shortcuts (Alt + arrow) then the mouse. Readily loaded a small existing PNG sequence as storyboard frames.

Looks interesting. There should be a "Content Advisory" on their website (seemed a little paranoid too!), but stuff like Shot Generator would be a real deal maker for some folks. Thanks for sharing.

I guess when you're giving stuff away, you don't have to worry about offending people.

It's hilarious. The hover/tool tips pop ups are great too

FYI, I could't get their website's Download button to work correctly in Firefox. I can't see what I'm typing in the form and the submit button just locks things up.

I tried again in Chrome and it worked fine there.

Checking it out now. Thanks for the tip!

Impeccable logic! But still, lots of people seem to be able to give without cussing...I must be getting old, I sound like my granddad (God rest his soul)
