Need a Free ftp program for Mac

As a few of you may already know, i'm not a Mac fan...

However a client of mine IS, and I need to get him an FTP program. Anyone know a decent, completely free, easy to use ftp for Mac OSX, and where I can download it?

I use Cyberduck. Just drag-and-drop the files. Version 10.3.9 or higher is required.

If Cyberduck is no good, try a search on for example MacUpudate for file transfer protocol and pick the freebies.

I concur with Rasheed,
In addition CyberDuck is good because it works with server security features such as SSH (an encrypted protocol). OS x also has a command line (terminal) FTP program builtin, but your client may not to deal with it.
