It is possible to have any kind of dash composition. Four caps type selectable for each side and for dash each segment. All parameters are animatable.
This will be included in the new release. October probably.

WOW, that is very cool Genete, will have to get a new look at Synfig.

For some reason I cannot get my head around it so far!

Sounds great, but Synfig is still pretty much unusable. I love free software, and I love that people are volunteering to help with it, but Synfig makes me fight to do anything.

Same here. It seems really interesting and I've downloaded it a couple of times, started looking at tutorials and then stopped because it seems too complicated. That's just my initial impression though. I might be totally wrong.

Perhaps it's about time to download and have a look again...

Are there still no bones in it? Is that a planned feature? I think that's something that has kept me from really getting into it.
