I made a paper on stereoscopic rendering in asp 8.

So yes you can make 3d stereoscopic in ASP, you can create images that look like part is going back in the monitor while other part of the image sort of stands out of the monitor.

But you would get better results by using a composition software like After FX.

You animate your characters in ASP then do your 3D setup and rendering in After effects.

Hi Gilles
Thanks for understanding my problem and giving the solution.
could you tell the parameters of 3d setup...
1.eye seperation in project setting
2.layer setup in z direction
3.camera movements

I watched your vid tutorial FKIK tutorial in youtube. That was great
It is better if you create a Vid tutorial on Anime Studio stereoscopic setup

I've written a tool script for calculating the maximum camera separation you can use based on the size of the screen you intend to show your film on.
Maybe it can help you.

Download script and extract it in the Anime Studio scripts/tools folder.

You enter eye distance, screen base (the width of the screen you intend to show it on) and where in Z depth your closest object is.

The eye distance and screen base has to be entered in the same units. If you enter eye distance in inches, you must enter the screen base in inches as well.

The default values are 2.5 inches eye separation (the average distance between human eyes) and a screen base of 77 inches.

The script will calculate the absolute maximum interocular distance that your eyes can handle so it's recommended to dial it back a bit (or enter a bigger screen size than you intend to use) to not cause eye strain.
