no windows update?

and does it fix the glitch i had with it crashing at startup? (note: It always crashes when it says "Checking auto-recover"

32 bit version has been released yesterday:

Please try this:

ToolBox->Setup->Misc. Tab->Use Only a single thread. Be sure that checkbox is selected. Then try it again.

Which Windows version are you using?
