Ugh! difficult question for an advanced Synfig user and also a developer!
If 1 means "child toy" and 10 means "space ship" I think it is over 6+ for the first two weeks and it comes down to 4-
There are nice newbie tutorials though in the Diving in Section.

i also notice the numbers on the code console changes everytime

also will this cause an effect on the software if....

-the user name of this computer account is windows (I'm not saying it's windows vista, I named the account windows like how others name the account name to their name :D)

-the computer's primary language is korean

Ha! on a scale to childs toy to space ship 6 is pretty high! Still I've tried a LOT of software (and know how to use a lot of software too) so hopefully this will be an advantage! :wink:

I'm aware of problems with installations using non ASCII characters in the path of configuration.
Synfig windows installation creates two folders: one for binaries and other for configuration. Configuration is under user folder. Is your user folder path using non ASCII characters? Please print here the absolute path to the Synfig configuration files.

C:\Users\windows\Synfig

I copyed and pasted it from the address bar
