Ed, Edd & Eddy first premiered on Cartoon Network in January of 1999 and quickly became a cult hit among children and adults for its quirky animation style and the elaborate, oddball schemes used by the Eds to con the neighborhood kids of their quarters... all for the goal of obtaining jawbreakers.
Up until at least 2004, Ed, Edd & Eddy was also notorious for being one of the last remaining holdouts of traditional cel animation, while other shows were quick to make the move to computer/flash animation.
Congrats to Danny Antonucci and the rest of the AKA Cartoon staff for a respectable run of a great series.
