I saw this through iTunes Music Store's podcast search:
Channel Frederator
A weekly video podcast with animations from independent animators. Every episode has three or four animated shorts. Some shorts are so funny I couldn't stop laughing.
And off course, the video's can be downloaded and watched on a 5G iPod (i.e. 320 x 240 H.264 baseline codec with 128 kbps AAC audio), or in iTunes or separately with QT 7.0.3.
The file size per episode is between 51 and 62 MB, so it seems best to use a broadband connection to download.
Channel Frederator - Indie Cartoons
Moderators: Víctor Paredes, Belgarath, slowtiger

Thank you for this post, I love it!!
Mucho enjoyment from around the Mundo... (that pretty much exhausts my knowledge of Spanish, except "Donde esta mis pantalones?")
