I don't think anyone had the time to wade through over 500 animations but here's a few that caught my eye. I know there are a few AS users who posted threads about their entry's, but please post if there was something that may have gone under the radar.
This was the funniest entry. The clenching butt cheek lock is worthy of winning alone, pacing loses steam on the last half but that would be easy to remedy:

Coming from traditional animation this deserves some recognition for using drawn animation's strengths. Unfortunately, you don't see that often anymore. I think cheap 70-80's Saturday cartoons sucked the creativity out of drawn animation but we are starting to see some inventive things spring back in anime:
