Harsh maybe but its a commercial world - I've worked with a lot of broadcasters and producers ... they are interested in what the studio/software can do. I hope fair and balanced too: Look at this from the other side - I have just submitted a proposal for a HDTV series to a principle broadcaster, the budget is just over US$500,000. I have to justify to them, in writing and in detail, that I can deliver the project on time, on budget and pass strict QC.
