is it possible you have a layer-opacity or visibility keyframe in frame 1 that sets your layer's opacity to zero?

Check through your menus at the top of the screen and look for an option called "Clear Animation From Layer" or something like that. This should restore everything on the current layer to how it looks in frame zero.
If there's nothing at all animated in your project so far you could also use the option "Clear Animation From Document" to reset the whole thing.

Hope this helps

Check your depth sorting. Each layer needs to be "0" or negative, otherwise it will be behind the camera once you leave frame 0. Also, don't mix depths in the same layer folder - this will confuse MOHO and cause objects to disappear. I've made all these mistakes.
Can a no-talent hack make cartoons with just clip art and a Mac? You bet!
