I haven't been able to find an answer to this so I was wondering if someone could help me. In the graph editor, when I am adjusting bezier handles I can't get them to stay level (horizontally) and adjust the ease. In other software like AE, you can hold down the shift key and the handles stays flat. I have tried holding down the Alt, shift and even Cmd keys but to no avail. Any ideas?

It's not possible to constrain the bezier handle in Moho. Really, REALLY, hope that changes sometime soon.
