Smart Bones not Creating Subframes?
I'm working on a pretty simple animation with a smart bone action, but if I try to change up the timing of that action on the main line, the animation from the smart bone is stepping instead of nicely interpolating like it should be. The only differences I can see are that the smart bone is driving the positions of 2 pin bones, and the rotations of 2 bones moving 2 more pin bones. But that's it! Is this a known issue? Is there a 'Smart Bone Subframe Interpolation' setting I've accidentally tripped somewhere?
Re: Smart Bones not Creating Subframes?
Best way to avoid smart bone stepping is to increase to length of the smart action by as mush as you can stomach .
I have seen this in actions which are big, another way to mitigate stepping on mixed action is to have the interpolated ( the SB action) as linear.
Hope that does something
