Cracklin Audio

I use to have bad crackling speakers on some exports with smith micro pro anime 11.
Since I bought moho 12, I've had no problems until now.
One cartoon I am working on crackles badly once exported (it sounds fine in moho).
There is only one audio track (with music on it).
It is strange, because other things that I have made recently have had a lot of different audio clips in one animation,
and they all worked fine.
I make all my music with cubase 5.
I export them as WAV files from cubase, and crop them as needed for background music with audacity.
Other songs that I have made don't make the speakers crackle when exported with the cartoon in question.
The one that doesn't work is the one that fits the best.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
