Can I remove the outline after I already made a character ?
Is there any way to turn off the outline once the character is made or am I stuck with it ? I know I can use Hide lines but is there any other way that I can make outline invisible in a layer or a whole character ? Or to change outline's color ?

Of course you can, even after animating the character. Go to frame 0, select the "select shape" tool. Click on shape, now switch off the outline in the style palette, or change its colour. Repeat with other shapes.
Stuff like this is easier if you use styles, because changing the style once will change all of its appearances.

Thank you SlowTiger but what do you mean by using STYLES ?

If you have Debut, you don't have styles.
