Well hey!
I was making torso for my character and added two bones to make it have a old school rubber hose style. but when i try to bend it, the lower points of the
shirt are moving off. even if i set a action to make it perfect, the problem is not solved. i get issues in body turn and etc.
How to fix two points to avoid moving it when it bends?

Use region binding for these points.

Victor has a great technique for 'rubber hose' limbs. I had to come up with my own variant because I needed to use image textures and a mesh, but his technique pointed the way for me. If you don't need an image-based setup, you might want to check out his original technique described here:
