Rig Test

Hi
I Have a psd character and I want to rig this.

I have many Problems with this psd character.

I want to save the texture and pattern of the cloths.
and so I want to use flexible binding....

But in pelvis and legs, I Have many problems that I didn't know how Solve this.

Someone Help me.
