License agreement?

Post by deastman »

I'm coming back to Moho / ASP after being away for a few years. I'd like to buy v.12 before the sale ends, but I can't find the current license agreement anywhere. Can someone tell me if I'm allowed to install it on two computers (a laptop and a desktop), provided they are not both used at the same time?

Yes, I believe it's three installs now days, like you said, used one at a time.

Great, thanks! I don't know why they don't have their EULA available somewhere on the site...

Here's the relevant part of the EULA:
E) Except as otherwise expressly permitted in the Documentation, you will only use
the Software on a single computer at any given time, meaning that you must treat
the Software “like a book.” “Like a book” means that the Software may be used
by any number of people and may be installed and activated on up to three (3)
computers so long as no possibility exists of the Software being used at more than
one (1) computer at any given time. More than one person at a time cannot read
the same copy of a book, and this restriction applies to the Software.
