Upgrading from Anime Studio Debut 10 to Mohu Debut 12?

On the site I am seeing an option for "Moho Debut 12 Digital Upgrade from Anime Studio Debut 11", but is there from to upgrade from Anime Studio Debut 10?

Upgrading from anime studio pro 10 or less to 12 cost a little more then upgrading from 11, but I have no idea for debut, cant find infos either, perhaps someone from Smith Micro could answer that?

Looks like they only offer Debut upgrades from 11 to 12.

I have the same problem.
It is to "punish" those who did not updated from 10 to 11
Smith seems not have much regard for the "old" users.
