Hey everyone. I've been using ANime Studio the last few days and set up a frame by frame animation but unfortunately didn't plan out great how the animation will look over a full second which would be 24 frames.
So I have in 24 separate frames waaaaaaaaay too much happening and I guess I need to slow down the animation or spread out the keyframes or something?
Any idea what I can do here?

Select all keyframes, drag last one with pressed option key to the right. This will distribute your keys as evenly as possible over time.

Do as Tiger says, the option key is the Alt key on Windows!
You could also use the rescale keyframes tool in the Animation top menu, which allows you to rescale all or only certain channels!
