insert image (problem)

am new here,but used anime studio before, old versions, and never had this problem

in anime studio pro 11, insert image (gif,png,jpg), and doesn't show de image. show a blank rectangule

What image format, and what bit depth?

The normal behavior of AS is to show a '?' Question mark for an unlinked image. (AS can not find it on your computer)

Try dragging images into AS from the folder.
