Error: Asking for Serial Number again

My Anime studio ver 10 is being intalled for one month. I registered it with the new serial number (ver 10) and previous serial number (ver 7), when I upgraded it. Now is asking for the serial number again and it only allow me to run Anime ver 10 in demo versiĆ³n. I tried to register again, but now it is not accepting my serial numbers.

Please help,

I would contact support directly.

Maybe you need to reinstall or maybe they need to reset their license server for your serial number? Check with them to be sure before doing anything though.

Have you tried un-registering your installation, then registering it again?

Make sure you use all Caps & also there are no letter O's ... Use Zeros ... I made that mistake a few times.

... Actually now that I'm thinking about it maybe that was Manga Studio ... Not sure but it's worth a shot.
