Looks like you have some unwanted keyframes in some channels. Look for the fills.

Re-rendered after unchecking Enable Multi-Threaded rendering and it worked.
So - I guess it's a bug.
I'll leave the original glitchy video up so people see it.

Apart of the flashing, there is a flickering on the papers images. Very annoying.
Did they disappear too without multithreading render?
