Anime studio the great tool for an artist, intuitive with less learning curve.
In my humble opinion anime studio must go cloud (cloud computing). so Every body can work at anywhere. A portable version (without library resources) for experienced users also is expecting.
this are my humble observations

You already have some tools to make that, like dropbox. In my opinion, I would like the developers use the time to improve the software and make new features (like instances, for example), instead of expending it on problems that other people already solved.

Yes, the cloud so the NSA can monitor everyones movements and inputs. But then again the United States would of lost the 6 billion dollar contract with Saudi Arabia to Airbus if it weren't for the NSA monitoring private phone calls of businesses in Europe.

Oh yeah, just put everything in the cloud so you are dependent on connection speed, server problems, and a pay-per-use model of the software company. Great idea. What's next, an oxygen tax?

You know the Motion Picture Industry is loosing a lot work to India. I think what the United States needs to do is put the software they use on the cloud so the NSA can monitor all their activities. I am beginning to understand why the United States is allowing companies like Autodesk and Adobe to garner world monopolies of creative software and force their customers on the cloud. God Bless America!

Couldn't you put AS on a flash drive, and take that with you?

I certainly hope animation doesn't pose a threat to security somehow. I can't imagine how it would. Maybe I underestimate the nefarious kids making "South Park" knock-offs. I'm pretty sure the NSA only cares about the threat of stop-motion Lego battles...

It's hard to believe how people are buying into this 'cloud' thing. I guess it's the future, like it or not.

Mentioning the use of explosion particle on your project may alert the NSA, and cause a massive raid to your house if we went to cloud networking! ........just saying!

Cloud animating?
That is a laughable proposition.

OMG you should be embarrassed that you said that.
You should read 1984 and realise that private enterprise can be as fascistic as any police state (if we let it).
