Lagarith? It's got alpha if you need it, cineform is also popular. I am also on the search for the best most useful and most universal avi format/codec.
I still go back to mov/png for final render, which is really great and available on ASP8

if i export the final render as png, where i put the pictures of the final rander?

In the folder you specify while naming the export files.

I mean which software i put all the pictures of the animations including the sounds?

Normally, any video editing software will do this job. It have to support kind like "import of image sequences as footage". I know, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas and Sony Movie Video can do. There is also a Open Source Project out there, called lightworks. Maybe you could read about its import possibilities. In any case you need the sound as an extra soundfile and combinate it with the images in the video editing software.

Edit: changed "lightwave" to "lightworks" ;-)
