Here is my problem, I have a layer for the head, leg, arm etc... Cause it's easier to animate that way. I want to apply effect, like shaded. But it dose only on each layer individualy, it dose not consider the whole body, but individual shapes.
How to make effect affect the whole character.

Instead of making it on the shapes, apply it to the bone layer which contains all the parts. Open the bone layer proprieties>shadows tab>shading.
This effects is not showed on the preview, only in the final render.
