quickly selecting image layers?

quickly selecting image layers?
I have a lot of images in my file...15+. Is there a way to use a tool (or is there a tool) to select image layers quickly? I know to name my layers differently...however, this does not make my workflow faster when trying to select an image layer quickly. If not, suggestions?
