How To Cancel Anime Studio 8 trial?
Well I downloaded the trial for this software and installed it but I would like to cancel my trial because it says that if I don't then it will bill me $200
sbtamu, its a legitimate question. I don't like thiskind of process where you have to give you cc details in order to just download a trial.sbtamu wrote:Its incredible at what some people post here.
Dyson, i will try and see if i can find some info for you.
how long do you have left on your trial? Maybe if you contacted support directly at content paradise or from smith micro but i am looking for an answer for you myself.
You can call me Pat.
You have to create a ticket from this page, Dyson.Dyson6 wrote:Thanks for the unhelpful post
I've tried searching on their website and Googling the question but it just says that I should cancel it but not HOW to cancel it

The only reason I can see for this long winded approach to not getting charged for software you don't want to buy, is to get the frustrated to give up and take a $200 hit. Why not make a desirable app instead?
Imagine if, once you tried on clothes in a shop, your cash is withheld from you until you expressly state in writing to one of the sales reps that you were not interested in purchasing!

Exactly. This is just a 30-day money back guarantee, just dressed up as a "free" demo. While I don't think SM are hoping people will give up and let them keep the money, I do think it's unnecessary and it's hurting the potential market.crsP wrote:Imagine if, once you tried on clothes in a shop, your cash is withheld from you until you expressly state in writing to one of the sales reps that you were not interested in purchasing!
Didn't Animation Master use to only have a 30 day MBG? And then they added a cheaper rental model because they were losing sales?
