New library location

Post by abou123 »

I have been using aspro7 for a while now, and i was wondering if it is possible to change the location of the library.
I need instructions for mac.
I have a secret project on external hard drive and want that folder to be my new library.
Thanks in advance,
Hepglon Ferdinand

Yes it is possible, you have several opportunities here, you can still have your Library at the default place if you just make a symlink of the "secret project" folder and place it inside any of the folders inside: Users/Shared//Smith Micro/Anime Studio Pro/7/Library/
or
if you want to move the whole library:

1) Move the the whole "Smith Micro" folder from inside Users/shared/ to your new destination
2) Make a symlink of the "Smith Micro" folder and place it inside Users/Shared and rename the symlink from "Smith Micro symlink" to just "Smith Micro"

thank you for responding, but how do i make a symlink on a mac?
I don't even know what that even is.

Also, the secret project is actually a fan-made continuation of my favorite TV series! :D
