Hi all I got a question about the 3d feature of the new version of AS.
It is possible to build ( extrusion?) an object, extrude it and apply a texture, So I may simulate a real 3d character, moving it with single layes like a 2d character in AS?
The pay for try demo formula is meant, I suppose, for the piracy but is it absurd. Who will pay for trying a software?
A7 question about the 3D features.

technically it's possible.
I have made very simple characters and works fine. Anyway, I prefer the 3d for making objects or background stuff.
If you want a complex character, it's better you keep your eye on 2d, which is what this software makes better.

Can you post some output on a filehosting ( youtube or dailymotion) website?
I am thinking about a semi 3d animation even for the animate characters.
The pay for try demo politicy, prevent me to try the new version. I stucked with the demo version of Moho for a month before I purchased it. The watermarked endless demo was a good idea, I guess.
