Selgin,

This reminds me of some Spanish language jobs I've worked on. Even though I don't know Spanish, I got used to the labels on the models. And, the lip syncing was surprisingly easy. I'm not so sure the results would be the same with Russian or Chinese.

Quicktime to gif through Photopaint

That's a great tip Selgin! I would have never though of that combination (Quicktime as a PC user). I finally did find the time to try it out and it works great. There's only one problem: do you succeed in obtaining a transparent background? When I render with mpeg4 compression the background doesn't have a uniform color (it's several shades of grey), so I can't choose *one* color for background transparency during gif export that covers all of the background. What compression codec do you use during export from ASP6?
Still a great workflow and the color convert to 256 is good.
