What does the "Audio Jump" track do?

What does the "Audio Jump" track do?

It doesn't seem to be mentioned in the help file.

Lets say you have an audio file starting at frame 1 and end at frame 150, then you want to start the audio file again at frame 175, just use the audio jump and that particular audio file will start again at that frame.
