I think they use Maya for South Park.LittleFenris wrote:I highly doubt they read these forums. I believe they use a 3D program to do South Park these days.mason wrote:Do they read these forums? Otherwise, maybe you should send that to them. I don't care what you do and I care less if you get sued. Good luck!

Re: dangit i know
Things would go even faster if you did the lipsync manually like in the old days and stop waiting for something that probably isn't going to happen anytime soon. With a program like Magpie available there is no need for them to worry about that. They have already stated they are more concerned with the visual side of the program and not the audio.NerdmastaX wrote:things would go alot faster with a decent built in lipsynch utility....... hint hint

NerdmastaX: Please post some of your animation done so far! I would like to see it.
P.S. You can download Magpie demo for free - the pro version demo has some limits, but the regular version of Magpie demo 0.9 seems to have no limits on it.
http://www.thirdwishsoftware.com/
Magpie $65; Magpie Pro $250.
With the money one saves buying and using Moho, one can easily afford either of those! Just look at any expenses for your animation as an investment into fame and fortune.
Also try the method of lipsyncing in Moho as described in Moho tutorial 5.1, it seems like it would work fine for any SouthPark-type animations.
Looking forward to seeing your animations posted here!
