Someone have resolve the youtube quality video render?

This matter have been told in the forum but someone have resolve the youtube quality video render?. I have finished my first Anime Studio job, render to window media video, 640-480 size, 30frames but the final score dont seem ok.

I believe YouTube in fact now uses H264 so overall quality has improved a bit, but the advice on that page is otherwise correct.
