I just wanted to show you what it was I was talking about for bone settings for like gravity, collision, and true "limp bone" settings.

The point of interest lies in the rag-doll effect in the character part.
use the right and left arrows to expand and collapse the menu.
Since bone dynamics are alreay a part of moho these features would really blow the competition away.
And yes I realise this is 3D but you can kind of imagine what it would look like if it where a 2D scene. I know I can =)
