I tested the FBX export to Unity and was pretty disappointed when I found out that scale animation of the joints is not being exported.
No squash and stretch possible .
Thats a pity because Unity can easily process scale animation. This limits the usefulness of the exporter, at least for me. Would it be possible to add scale animation for FBX?
In addition the exported files are pretty expensive processing time wise in Unity. It would be nice if the meshes of a charcter could be automatically connected on export and the textures atlassed (joined on a single bigger texture). Depending on the number of parts of the character this would reduce drawcalls in Unity very much.
