Offset Shape or Path Tool

I am an avid user of Illustrator and it has an "offset Path" option that is very useful for creating outlines around shapes (It would be cool if there was a similar tool in Moho). I was wondering if there is any Moho scripts/plug-ins out there that allow the user to take an existing shape they created and then run a script which would make a copy of that shape and place it underneath the first shape at a pre-specified size beyond the first shape, this should then create a uniform outline around the first shape...Shapes seem to be rendered clearer than the current line tool in Moho. Any ideas / suggestions?
