When you have imported an audio file and select only a part of the timeline to play or export, the sound always starts from the beginning, not from the frame you selected as the starting frame.
This makes it impossible to render out separate pieces with audio sync.
The audio display is correct in the timeline, but the actual sound always starts from the beginning.
