Tool icon trouble while in animation

Hi all.
I have a bit of trouble with the tool icons on my new laptop. As soon as i go in animation mode they get big and glitch out. If i close the tool icons and open it again it goes back to normal until i switch layers, then i have to do it again. It really fucks up the workflow.
Have anyone seen this and know how to fix it?
Im on moho pro 12 btw
