I'm getting a dead link from the page to report bugs as discussed here: http://lostmarble.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14098
Re: Bug in Bug Discussions Sticky
The 404 has one obvious hot link that takes me to this message:

Re: Bug in Bug Discussions Sticky
We are looking to update that link posted there . It should be https://support.smithmicro.com/
NOTICE:
We have changed our backend to our Support system and unfortunately this requires you to sign up for an account again. Don't worry, if you use the same email that you used previously, we will be able to link the accounts together and have your support history.
Links from old support emails may still give 404 results. These are usually to old Knowledge Base items and we are working on ways to resolve this, but in the meantime the best way is to go to the url above, sign up for an account(using same email if possible), verify email and then log-in and report an issue via the web interface.
Thank you for you continued patience and support here. We will work to help resolve your issues and improve your experience.
Regards,
Jason-
